The difference between pressure gauge and pressure gauge

2023-10-17

pressure gauge

An instrument for measuring fluid pressure. Usually, the measured pressure is compared with a reference pressure (such as atmospheric pressure or other given pressure), so that relative pressure or pressure difference is measured.

Features:

The 200-J pressure gauge still plays an important role in formation testing because of its high precision, large range, low maintenance cost, and good anti-vibration performance. Especially in the combined process of measuring and shooting, 2(X)-J pressure gauge is the first choice of measuring instrument because of its good vibration resistance. At present, there are 2(X)-J pressure gauges in use in every oil field in my country, therefore, the main fault of 2(X)-J pressure gauge is still to be repaired.

Pressure gauge (English name: pressure gauge) refers to an instrument that uses elastic elements as sensitive elements to measure and indicate pressure higher than the environment. It is widely used and it is used in almost all industrial processes and scientific research fields. It can be seen everywhere in heat pipe network, oil and gas transmission, water supply and gas supply system, vehicle repair and maintenance factory and shop. Especially in the process of industrial process control and technical measurement, due to the high mechanical strength and convenient production of the elastic sensitive components of mechanical pressure gauges, mechanical pressure gauges are more and more widely used.

working principle

The pressure gauge transmits the pressure deformation to the pointer through the elastic deformation of the sensitive components (Bourdon tube, diaphragm box, bellows) in the watch, and then the conversion mechanism of the watch movement, causing the pointer to rotate to display the pressure.
